A Six Weeks to Vibrant Health Series

Class #1   THE BASICS

In this class you will learn:

  • The best way to supercharge your food for maximum nutrition, to quickly achieve your desired results in weight loss/gain, reversing aging, reversing chronic conditions, optimizing health, and increasing vital energy.
  • Optimal foods to eat for your body type to increase your long term success
  • The best tools for your kitchen - to make food preparation a breeze, and how to use those tools.
  • How to create a simple, easy to prepare menu for an entire week,
  • How to set up your kitchen and pantry to help support an easy transition to vibrant health
  • Prepare basic dishes to get you off to a fast start with lots of variations
  • How to change ingredients in recipes with ease, based on your taste preferences, and local availability of produce.

Includes a raw, organic lunch of all the dishes we prepare.

Class #2   BREAKFAST AND BRUNCH

Breakfast is the most important meal to eat healthfully, you already know how to prepare juices and smoothies for maximum vitality or weight loss, now expand your repertoire to include the following people-pleasing, decadent, rich tasting and good for you dishes.

In this class you will learn how to prepare:

  • Delicious sugar and fat free, raw Granola – great for travel and snaking.
  • Heavenly dairy, and flour free, Crepes
  • Yummy flourless Cinnamon Rolls
  • Creamy, rich Quiche
  • Raw Fruit Jam
  • Many variations for each dish, to expand your creativity.

Includes a raw organic brunch of all the dishes we prepare.

Class #3   STRESS FREE AND AGELESS

This class focuses on two key components that can sabotage our efforts to change, and live a happy, healthy life: Stress and your Belief Systems.  Our ability to handle and reduce the levels of daily stress, directly translates to how well we feel and look. Learning and using, daily stress management techniques is a key component to achieving overall vibrant health and reversing the aging process. Scientific data shows the incredible influencing power of our beliefs on our overall health, and our ability to live a happy and fulfilled life. Identifying the beliefs that are keeping us stuck in different areas in our life is the first step to changing them and the quality of our life.

In this class you will learn:

  • A powerful, ancient healing breath technique to strengthen and store your own healing energy and instantly reduce stress.
  • Two proven daily practices that will help you align your beliefs with your highest good, and your most desired outcomes.

When you combine the power of nutritionally balanced body, with the techniques you are going to learn in this class, there will be no stopping you. Get ready to experience positive changes and results in all areas of your life!

Class #4 KITCHEN GARDENING

Your digestive system is extremely important as it functions to support the rest of the body and deliver nutrients throughout the body. When the digestive system malfunctions the entire body is at risk. This class will teach how to: Take advantage of nature’s pro-biotics and sprouted foods, ideal for recovering from illness, losing weight, building immunity, aiding digestion, and maximizing health and vitality.

You will learn to prepare and then taste:

  • Rejuvelac – a light, fizzy, slightly lemony, fermented beverage imbued with many rejuvenating, restoring qualities.
  • Coconut yogurt – a non dairy, creamy, raw alternative full of beneficial probiotics
  • Herbed almond cheese spread – delicious non dairy, and full of healthy benefits without dairy drawbacks.
  • Sauerkraut – delicious and raw
  • Energy soup – better than a smoothie!
  • Grow your own Wheatgrass without dirtying your hands -  make your own wheat grass juice for pennies. Considered to be one of natures finest medicines

Class #5   RAW GOURMET AROUND THE WORLD

“Variety is the spice of life” and what makes staying healthy and raw more fun. This class will introduce you to sampling of best loved dishes from around the world.  Whether you are preparing food for an intimate gathering of two or entertaining a large group. These dishes are sure to delight and satisfy even non raw foodists.

In this class you will learn to prepare:

  • Thai Spring Rolls with delicious “Peanut” Dipping Sauce
  • Mediterranean Stuffed Grape Leaves
  • Mexican Tacos, with all the fillings
  • Asian Rice Bowl
  • Italian Manicotti
  • Learn how to use spices to recreate any world cuisine

Includes a raw organic brunch of all the dishes we prepare.

Class #6   GRADUATION PARTY

 Show off what you have learned in the previous classes, by inviting your friends and family to this grand raw food feast and celebration!

The above six week, jam packed program is only $795 and includes all of the following:

 If you take advantage of early registration, and invite a friend who attends a class combine both special offers. Your total savings is $159.00

To reserve your spot, full payment is due 1 week in advance of the class date.  If you are not able to attend the class you signed up for, you may transfer your prepaid tuition to another date.  If a justifiable emergency prevents you from taking the class, and you are not able to attend a different date, a full refund will be issued. Tuition is transferable to another person.
